The Japanese word Reiki (Rey-key) translates to 'universal life force' energy. This energy healing modality is a very gentle and affective way to balance the natural flow of energy around your body.

 

When your body is under stress, it can develop many different symptoms, leaving you to feel physically or mentally unwell. Balancing your energy can bring a sense of calm to your system. 

During a Reiki session, you will lie down fully clothed on a comfortable Reiki table. Louise will gently place her hands on various areas of your body, from head to toe, helping to restore the smooth flow of your energy by releasing any blockages and rebalancing your system.

This experience is deeply peaceful and relaxing, often leading clients to drift off to sleep. After your session, you’ll likely feel rejuvenated, calm, and lighter. Louise ensures a warm, welcoming environment, allowing you to completely relax and unwind throughout the session.

Reiki is non-invasive therapy that will compliment any other current medical treatments. Occasionally, if stored toxins have shifted you may experience symptoms such as tiredness or a slight headache. It is recommended to rest and drink plenty of water afterwards.
