Package for 3 x 1-hour Reiki sessions. 
 
Each session consists of a brief consultation and 45 minutes of Reiki. This gentle and relaxing 'hands on' treatment involves clearing and balancing your energy by working down both the front and back areas of your body including your head and feet.
 
Multiple sessions are important because they help to maintain and deepen the healing process. Energy imbalances in the body can take time to fully address, and regular sessions ensure that any blockages or disruptions in your energy flow are gradually cleared. Each session builds on the last, supporting your body and mind as they adjust and heal over time.
