My Story

I've always utilised various forms of holistic healing to manage specific health issues. I'm continually amazed by our natural ability to heal and promote self-recovery.

I have experienced the challenges of juggling work and family life, which can be extremely draining on your wellbeing. When I discovered Reiki, which balanced my body's natural energy flow and cleared blockages, it brought about profound physical and mental changes. This newfound passion led me to leave the corporate world after 20 years and establish Enlightened Paths. I have trained in Usui Reiki - First, Second, and Third Degree, as well as completing courses in Breathwork and Holistic Life Coaching. It is incredibly rewarding to witness the positive impacts that Reiki, Breathwork, and intuitive guidance have on my clients.

During this period of training and development, I have also gained the ability to be directly guided by my intuition. Listening to that 'inner voice' that you recognise as being instinctively 'right', when in the past it could have been dismissed easily. Understanding your intuition can have such a positive impact on your life. 

I take time to look after my mental wellness by meditating regularly, exercising, grounding myself, and allowing time for a creative outlet. With my love of crystals, I began making crystal bracelets and I can't seem to stop! I love the energy I feel from them, and how unique they all are (feel free to view them in my little store).
